Because I've got a bit of a greasy skin I have struggled to find something that unclogs the pores and mattifies the skin. Previously I have tested all sorts of lotions including clay, mud and the latest trend black charcoal face mask (which to be honest was a waste of money and hurt my skin a lot) without any reasonable results. After reading a review about Turbliss from a blogger I just went to buy one from Amazon without even getting my hopes up. This is just something I am used to do - see a product, think it's going to change my life, buy it and later be disappointed. Anyway, I received the product fairly quickly and was excited to try it. Opening up the pack felt somewhat luxurious as the tub is from glass which gives the product a nice feel to it. I really liked the Nordic design of the tub so the package lived up my expectations. I must say that I would recommend sticking to the tips the Turbliss team have attached with the mask because if you let it dry out it will not have the active properties to work on your skin and essentially feels like a blob of mud on your face. I made the mistake the first time around and didn't feel any benefits to the skin. However, if you keep it moist throughout the you can feel the mask working on the skin. It really does feel like a trip to the spa. I have now used the mask three times and have already seen a difference in the skin texture. It feels a lot smoother and healthier, and has helped to reduce the small blemishes I get on my forehead (this has not happened before as far as I'm concerned). As I was fascinated with the results I read up about the therapeutic properties of peat and I must say conversely to other products I've used, it has some scientific evidence to back up the claims. It is Christmas approaching so I will definitely buy one of the masks for my mother and the other for my grandmother as it is such as luxurious product to give someone for Christmas. This is why I give 5 out of 5 to the mask. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brill! *by H***N on 28 October 2017* I have been suffering with adult acne for 2 years and still having break-outs and scars that heal slow. As I’ve moved towards using more natural products, I decided to try this one out.The jar looks cute and once opened, it has a mild herbal sweet'ish smell, but as I have not had any peat products before, I cannot describe the smell any better. It has a easy-to-apply consistency and looks dark brown.As the lid said, I applied the mask on wet face and I understand why that was necessary. Otherwise the mask will dry too quickly and I guess it needs to be a bit wet to work better. I only used a thin layer, and on my cheeks a bit thicker layer. Because I wanted to keep it on for 10 minutes, I had to wet it a bit once, because If it dries, your skin starts pulling and itching, so keep it moist.I washed it off with warm water and it was no harder than washing off any other mask.After washing it off, my skin felt really smooth and matte, a few red patches here and there (it probably increases blood circulation to the area) which was a sign it works. So I recommend using it before going to bed, not in the morning.Little goes a long way ( I assume from the small bottle I can do at least 25 full face masks).Pores appeared a lot smaller, my skin was smoother and matte.
