John Masters Organics Sculpting Clay medium hold / semi-matt finish 2 OZ/57 g

Since this is a product that omits the synthetic chemical junk you have to approach it slightly differently. Always start with a tiny amount first and add more bit by bit. Hold is medium I would say and I have never had a problem with it.

This product was is just too clunky and feels heavy on your hair (very much like putting light layer of mud in there! and I kidd you not). Used it couple of times and the to the bin it was!

I like the non-toxic ingredients but the paste was a little shiny and a bit too "greasy" looking in my hair than i would like, it also doesn't give any hold so this wasn't the product i was looking for.

Really good - I can see why some others may be put of by the scent but I think it's quite nice

Average. Greasy feel & appearance after use. Not what you'd expect from a clay

It smells minty like, nothing that great of a smell, and this melts like water, not butter, when u scoop some out of the tub. The best thing about this is its organic, but thats about it

Start with a small amount and rub it into your fingers first otherwise you’ll have a clump of the product in a small section. Don’t need a lot of products to get the desired look. There are no harsh chemicals or synthetics which is great. We tried all sorts of organic products and this is the best to get a lift on my Sons fringe

While this is expensive I only need a little bit for my hair so this should last a while and think it is worth the money. Since deciding to move to natural products wherever possible this is, hands down, the best natural hair styling product that I've tried and the closest in terms of feel and hold to the more mainstream products I used to use. I would recommend this and I am looking forward to trying more from John Masters Organics!
