So it's all a bonus for someone like me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty good, helps me to keep on track *by H***R on 24 April 2023* I think if you go into this with the right expectations, this is something that most people will find helpful. Obviously everyone's different, some people will find it doesn't work at all, but my experience has been good. I've found they help me to avoid my most common pitfalls and stay on track. Important things to note: 1. Make sure you take them as advised. 2 tablets, 30 minutes before eating, up to 3 times per day, with 1-2 glasses of water. If you take them without enough water, they can't work properly. The reaction you want to be happening in your stomach is for the glucomannan fibre to dissolve in the water, creating a viscous fluid which takes up space in your stomach and takes time to move through your digestive system. You can do a little science experiment to see this in action. Put a bit of water in a glass, and empty 1-2 tablets into the water. Give it a bit of a stir and leave it to stand for a bit. You'll notice the water ends up being very thick (don't drink it!). I did also test just drinking the same amount of water vs taking the tablets, and found that although the immediate full feeling was similar, it lasted longer with the tablets. 2. Combine with a sensible meal plan. My main pitfall when I'm trying to stick to a diet is creating a meal plan which I know is providing everything I need, but being hungry after my meals. These help me to stick to those plans because I actually feel full after eating those meals. What they're not going to do is make you feel full after eating a single rice cake, or a greasy slice of pizza. But if you have a good, balanced meal plan, they should help you stick to it. 3. They won't help you if you're fasting. If your plan involves intermittent fasting, these aren't the right product to stave off hunger pangs during a fast.
