UPDATE: Well, now that it's winter my heavier-set cat decided he likes to cram himself into this now, so I guess it works, LOL Upped a star----------------------------------------------------------Small is TOO SMALL for the average ADULT catMy fault for not looking at the SIXTH product photo which says "for 10 pounds & under"--I was paying attention to the actual dimensions listed as "20x15"" but if a cat squishes in there is about 10" of actual laying space.Our smallest cat is about a one year old still "kitten-y" girl and even she looked at it like, "How am I supposed to work with this????" and walked off.My previous experience with this brand knows how futile it is to try and wash/dry without matting, but it's soft while it lasts until then. Was hoping my senior boy would have the warmest bed for winter but will have to keep looking.I'd already removed all the tags & followed the instructions so too late to return. Knowing our 50 pound dog, she'll give it a (comical) try.

All three of mine love these, I have like 10 of them that I've accumulated over the years, some round, some rectangle....a couple for the car, a couple for kennels, some in various rooms around the house. But my big guy GSD wants to hang with his older brother and sister Maltese in their little beds (size small rectangle beds for them, they're 4 lbs a piece)...and he just doesn't fit. He has own big fluffy bed but I guess it's not the same without a sweet Maltese :P Everyone I know who has these, says their dog loves them <3

Everything was great and just as other reviewers mentioned. EXCEPT for the fabric on the bottom. It makes a lot of crinkly noises when my dog gets in it and moves around. He didn't like it at all. Honestly if it was in our bedroom, I think the noise would bug me too. Otherwise this bed would have been perfect. So sorry to have to return and keep searching.

I may have to replace all 3 of his beds with these… they are gorgeous and so thick and plush. Definitely worth the cost!

I’ll admit it, I’m a doggie bed hoarder. This one is fantastic. One of my dogs sleeps in a crate at night, and this bed gives her the comfort she deserves.

I bought this style of bed as an alternative for my dog to travel in the car over his crate or a travel bed. I had preciously bought the round bed by Sherri and he loves it. He is not as excited over the square one though. He does occasionally use this bed, but his favorite is the round one. I will try taking some of the stuffing out to see if he enjoys this one better.I have to give this 5 stars because it’s soft and washes great!
