It’s early days but the difference to my fingers is remarkable. The new skin underneath the peeling skin has stayed soft and I can actually see the finger prints for the first time in a year. This cream absorbs and keeps your hands moistened for a long time. I have been popping it on every hour or so. My fingertips are no longer sore to the touch. I have actually used the other creams also at night and with my cotton gloves on but this is now my go to day cream.
