For many years I have used a similar type of product to seal the joints (including big brand names ) but invariably by early February the other versions tend to split or fall apart. As I write this review it is now July 2025 and the current tape is fully intact and has kept all of the joints waterproof. It is getting on for nearly a year old now and still showing no signs of heavy degradation. Not the cheapest but definitely worth investing in if you have any leaks that require a similar product to seal them.
