Did anyone have any issues with this product making their tank water cloudy?

It does at first , I think it states on the back that when it reacts to the impurities in the water it goes cloudy and then as it cleans the water it goes clear , works quite well in my tank .

why this bottle has odd looking label (colour ) when compared to the same product from other suppliers. why its on sale all the time?

The picture is Amazon generated and is a poor colour match, any product you order should be within date ours are dated till 2020

Do I need to remove my activated carbon for this to work?
