Good all-round supplement if you want to cover a few essentials in one go. The tablets aren’t huge, easy enough to swallow, and there’s no chalky aftertaste. Nice to have calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D together so you’re not messing around with separate bottles. After taking them for a bit, you do feel a bit more balanced — less muscle tightness, better energy and generally just healthier day to day. It’s not a miracle fix, but it’s a solid, steady supplement that supports bones, recovery and overall wellbeing. Great value for a whole year’s supply too. Solid choice if you want something simple and reliable.

I am reliant on this for relief of joint pain - very effective strength for me. Helps with peri-menopausal aches and pains. Only downside for some people could be that tablets are large - not an issue for me but worth considering. Otherwise I attribute this supplement to changing my life considerably - I can walk again pain free and feel so much more mobile! Brilliant product and strongly recommend!

I like these supplements and expect they are helping me to stay healthy. My only slight gripe is that they position the product with 365 tablets which leads you to surmise that they are an annual purchase. However you need to take tablets daily which I positions the 365 quantity as slightly misleading.

Apart from the package being opened prior to delivery, the contents seemed to be in good order and sealed, the Nu U, Taste ok, smell ok, container is of a good size, help with Pain relief, Sleep Quality, Energy levels increase

What I like most about this product is that it's not necessary to take 4 or 6 tablets a day. I've noticed that taking more than two of these tablets a day can lead to weight gain. Therefore, taking two tablets a day is both healthy and contains all the minerals I've noticed my body lacks. I've truly seen the benefits as I use it, and thanks to the large number of tablets, I've been able to use it for a long time. After using the entire product, I consult a doctor to ensure the supplements are sufficient and to determine the appropriate duration of use. This ensures informed use.
