I have had gout for one and a half years now. After trying to control my diet for one year with two gout attacks, I decided to try herbal methods to control my gout symptoms. For the last three months I have been taking this with a combination of 1000 mg of tart cherry every day and have no signs of gout! I even made it through Thanksgiving with all the turkey and rich food with no gout symptoms. I had to write a review because someone else only gave it two stars. This is definitely a five-star product.

If you're looking for a gout remedy, there's never any way to tell if these are working, unless you were getting blood tests done and solely using this... that being said, the natural ingredients in the capsules seemed like they were worth a shot. I took it for about 2-3 months, never had a flare up, but also did cherry pills, tons of water and prayed to the gout gods. My only beef with these was the price, pretty expensive for something that boasts an unproven method. As we 'goutys' know though, we're willing to try anything to avoid an attack.

I was having small gout flare ups and was contemplating getting on a daily prescription, when I found this product. Since I have been taking 2 of these daily, I have not had any inflammation of the joints. This is not a total cure, as for me, I still need to watch what I eat and drink plenty of water, but for me it was worth the purchase.
