House of Cake Jelly Gems, 36 Count, Clear

As far as I've discovered these are the only edible 'diamonds' you can get. If handled carefully they are very effective. I bought large and small. Put them in the fridge (not for too long, they get too firm) used a toothpick and loosened them halfway round before attempting removal. The small one were easy to remove. There were a few large ones that tore. Avoid touching with fingers as they will mark and lose their shine. Arrange with toothpick or tweezers. I wouldn't recommend removing them from the pack with tweezers, I would expect that to rip them.

I purchased these jelly diamonds to use on a diamond wedding anniversary cake... I read & followed the instructions & applied the diamonds at the last moment. The first one was very difficult to remove from the packaging & immediately split in two... the second one just dissolved in my fingers!! I decided at this point to not bother & used sugar pearls instead, not the plan for a ‘diamond’ anniversary but I found the product to be completely unusable & will not buy again... I am returning to Amazon for a refund. Not cheap either, I was expecting more.

Bought these edible gems for my daughter’s 21st birthday cake. I put the gems in the freezer as advised for a while but the only way to get them out of the packet was with a needle. After a few fiddly attempts i got some on the cake only to realise they were not even noticable. I took them off. Not worth bothering with.

This product arrived quickly and looked nice and sparkly but I couldn't get the gems from out of the mould. They were stuck solid in the mould and with no instructions how to remove them, I tried with a knife, a pin, my nail, warming the back of the mould, but they wouldn't come out. I managed to get one out eventually but it stretched out of shape. The whole item was of no use.

Purchased these House of cake edible jelly mini diamonds for my mum who is a very experienced cake maker/decorator and she was after these specifically for a current project. She has stated that the quality of them is really good and really easy to use. They arrived well before the date stated on purchase. (which was a big thumbs up) She is very happy overall with the product and the suppler.

Thought at first these were going to be impossible to remove from the blister pack but, if you press really hard to invert the blister they do come out intact and don't tear easily. With a bit of edible glue they stuck to the cake really well

Lovely colour I found them usually use a pin to remove and put in place they’re very vibrant I used these and clear ones

This item arrived very quickly - when I went to use them couldn’t get them out of the packaging ! When some did come out they were in bits , I was very very disappointed. They were smushed clear dots - absolutely awful - I had a very disappointed customer . Not even worthy of 1 star - but I had to give it to write review !

This product wasn’t pink it was semi-clear or like yellow. The product was melted into mold and unusable.

Produit tres petite.la commande a ete faite pour une pâtissière. Mais pas satisfaite car sur les photos elle paraissent plus grosse.inutilisable pour elle.

Super Effekt, schade, dass sie schlecht auf ausgehärteten Fondant halten, habe es aber bisher nur mit Lebensmittelkleber versucht..

Dies hat mir nicht gefallen, weil diese essbaren diamanten aus durchsichtigem gele sind und sie man auf der torte nicht sieht. Sie glitzern auch nicht.
