UNI PIN DRAWING PEN PIGMENT LINER SET BLACK 0.05mm to 0.8mm [Set of 6]

These are the best drawing pens I've ever used, for so many reasons.One difference from basically all the other brands is the ink is actually pure black. Every other brand I've ever used (Staedtler/Pilot/Edding/Pentel/Others) say their ink is black, but it really is just a very dark grey or brown. Unlike most of those brands the ink also dries the same as it goes on, so no redoing areas and less refilling to remove shading lines. Drying speed is quick, like most of these pens.The nibs feel strong, and so far there's been no nib breakages. The flow is nice and doesn't really wet the paper. The set includes the "useful" sizes, though pen size is a bit of a personal thing. I tend to us the 0.3/0.1 and 0.05 almost exclusively, but it's nice to have a range of sizes which will probably suit more people (I did give my 0.5 and 0.8 to a friend). The pens feel well made and are comfortable to use, and are generally cheaper than other "premium" brands.

Great pens

I purchased these first in a shop ages ago and used them for a few years before they ran out or got lost. I didn't realise how good they were until I replaced them with some Sakura Pigma Micron liners. I'd heard so much about them, but ended up having so many issues with all the pens in the set. I then bought another set of these and I realised that these were clearly superior. The ink flows readily and doesn't dry up easily, even if you forget the lid for a short while. Sometimes with this type of pen, you can split the nib in two, which causes a scratchy sensation and a thicker line than is intended. This only happened once for me with these pens, and I was pressing on much too hard.The ink is nice and black and this set has such a great variation of widths that you'll certainly find one good for your requirements.In addition, this multipack in particular is very good value.

EDIT: Everything I said was true, but I may have been a little harsh. 4 Stars now.__________________________I'm not entirely impressed. I like the pens so far, they're great. But I got two 0.5 pens with the 0.2 missing.Also one of the pens seems to have been placed upside down in the packaging. I don't remember which pen it was. But if they were trying to disguise the fact that their product was not as displayed in the picture then they failed miserably; nor am I and I imagine most people unobservant enough not to notice if that were the case.I'm happy with the pens. But not the seller. They weren't clear enough with what product they were selling and the ambiguously worded description of 0.05 to 0.8 does not excuse them.The three stars are for the fact that I got these pens half price which I am mindful of. And I appreciate the 'frustration free' packaging as they call it.

I work as an engineer and regularly have to visit sites. These pens are great, inexpensive and I can leave some at the office, work car, and in my onsite survey equipment. Great for sketching on graph paper or simply writing. Unlike most structural engineers, I do not carry an expensive pen for notes and surveys which I would easily lose. If you lose one of these onsite...you have another of the same quality.

Only just started using. They seem great.

These pens are perfect for the job. I use them for drawing cartoons. Various sized tips means I can get finer details in my drawings. Being waterproof is ideal for if I want to add colour. Also being fade proof means my art should last a lot longer.I've used uni pens for years and love the consistency I get when using them, Which is very important.

I prefer UNI PIN to MICRON. I don't know why. I guess every artist have a pen that fits comfortable in their hand. Like every cop have a gun that's a perfect fit for their fist. lol. Anyway, great pen, fair price. Prompt response, delivery.

Je l'utilise depuis 2 ou 3 ans et j'y reviens toujours. Les effets que je lui demande me plaisent beaucoup. Je ne les ai pas encore trouvé dans d'autres marques. Le seul bémol c'est qu'il faut bien attendre avant de mettre de l'eau et y aller mollo pour ne pas qu'il se dilue

Buscaba unos bolis de este tipo de punta que dejaran unos resoltador profesionales tipo comic. Son excelentes, sobre distintos tipos de papel. Resultados profesionales.

Excellent produit ne bave pas, bien laisser sécher quelques minutes avant de toucher après utilisation, l'encre ne sèche pas dans les stylos, les mines sont vraiment très utiles et de bonne qualité pour des dessins de précision je le recommande tout simplement
