My husband wears this while he does his exercise and used this one for 8 years before it needed to be replaced due to normal wear and tear. That's quite a long time considering he uses it at least 3x a week. It does not irritate the skin and does not get in the way while he moves. His purpose for wearing it is to keep his lower back warm.

I. have been using Gofit products for years. This belt is worth every penny. Two thumbs up.

This is nice and thick. Of course after a while it will start to ware out . I use it almost everyday and when it starts to mess up I just buy another one.

Velcro week at best ! Will not hold without other support ! ......

I purchased this product on April 3rd, and as a result of normal use during my cardio workouts only 3-5 days a week, this waist trimmer separated at the point where the velcro attaches to secure the waist trimmer in place on your waist.The separation started on June 5th and has gotten progressively worse since then.The period of time this device has been used amounts to "two months".I would not purchase this product again and certainly would not recommend it because of its limited life span.

The media could not be loaded. I like the thickness of the waist trimmer, it great for applying a thermogenic cream for increased sweating in the core area and core support. I like it so much I bought another one and plan on buying one more.

Love the thickness of the neoprene.Do not like that the belt will not hold with the small velcro attachment. I had to buy a thinner smaller, cheaper belt to put on top so that it stays in place!

The velcro on this product does not hold anything. The first sneeze, and it lets go. Forgot to send it back and window closed for refund. Still sitting in box. Useless product if it doesn't stay on.

Thick and definitely does the job.
