Is the deep conditioner also a leave in?

No, it's not to be left in. It's to be used with a heat (steaming) cap for 1/2 hour. If you leave it in, it will dry horribly. Your hair will stick together and bits of hardened conditioner will fall out as flakes. The only reason I know is that I've done this - on a weekend - when I'm not going out anywhere. I chose not to use a plastic heating cap as I wanted to deep-condition the ends. However, most of the time, I use a plastic cap and sit under the dryer until it gets warm, then I leave it for 1/2 hour. You can also use it as with normal conditioner. Apply, wait 1-2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Hope that helps. 😊

Very misleading. Picture has 236 ml tub and description says 60ml. Received now, but only looked at picture, so got 1/4 of what expected.

True. So I buy it from a shop now. You have to look at the picture and read the full description on Amazon and even then you may receive something slightly different. Check the invoice. Options are contact seller/return/write buyer beware review. Alot of things seem to be slipping through the Amazon net. It's not as reliable. But hopefully shops will be open soon! Enabling us to see/touch what we acquire.
