All I can say, is: happy, happy, happy! It works exactly as claimed, gets rid of build up of nasty stuff we shouldn't be eating (like processed food, E numbers poison garbage, alas meat products that I used to eat for decades that just sat there, rotting and poisoning my system). I can naturally only manage smaller portions now and crave healthy foods, which is usually a drag to get into eating. I've lost about 3 kg in two weeks so far, doing NOTHING!! And I feel better. I only take two a day, sometimes two twice a day if I know I will be going out for a meal. Fantastic product !!! My neighbour already heard me raving about it and bought some herself and we are both slimmer happy bunnies and will continue taking them for a few months. I like the lighter feeling it gives me, without the usual bloating UPDATE: This is my THIRD duo, being using 2 tablets a day, every day and would not be without it

If you're not getting enough fibre from your natural diet these are a very effective supplement indeed. Initially, it may be better to start off with half of the stated recommend dose and see if this helps in the ways you may be wanting it to!!! Your system may also need time to adjust from a longer term low fibre diet to a higher fibre intake as well. These supplements are pretty strong, so do bare that in mind whilst working out what your body needs when you first start to use them and go easy. You can always gradually increase later on as required rather than arbitrarily taking them and causing an upset stomach. I noticed some reviewers commented on becoming nauseous from these supplements too, I had a couple of days early on when my stomach was a little grumbly but this quickly passed when I got the dose right for my individual requirements. The goods I received had a BBE date of 07/20 so they'll certainly last and they are clearly a fresh product too, a batch No. is also included. The capsules are medium sized and are easy to swallow. They don't have any nasty odours and they don't leave you with a nasty aftertaste when taken. Containers have a plastic external anti-tamper seal and an internal anti-tamper seal under the lid. They don't have child locks however. Full ingredients, directions for use and further information is also included on the labels. 5/5. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Will be purchasing again as required.

We used this product until we found it cheaper locally here in Denmark (different brand). HUSK fibre is a fantastic supplement, (see on youtube the video on "The importance of soluble fibre" by Karen Hurd). Beans are the best natural source of this fibre.

Having suffered with severe constipation for many years I was advised to try Psyllium Husk. After just a few days of taking it I found that my system started to work naturally and without the griping pains of a laxative. I chose this particular brand because it doesn't contain fillers or binders. Having finished my first order I bought a second supply, from another brand, but it didn't give the same result. It worked, but not as regularly as INNOPURE. I have now returned to the original brand and won't be tempted away again.

I’m really upset that capsules don’t work for me! I have to have the ground husk, I need 25 grams a day, that’s 50 capsules! But it works for others. The reason I’m so upset about this is that I love the fact that, in conjunction with Vitamin Angels (I think...stupidly threw the leaflet away!) they provide a year’s worth of vitamins and minerals for a child who normally doesn’t have access to them. I’ll be checking what else I can buy from them, and I don’t have a problem if it’s a bit more expensive than another company, but the capsules were a good deal anyway!

I brought these for holidays, as I use lepicol powders daily but they are easy to transport, so decided to use these capsules but with only 6 months use by date, this is not very long when only using for holidays and when comparing with my lepicol powders which have around 2 years.

I have had trouble with my bowels all my life , untill now that is -- since taking 3 innopure psyllium husk capsules a day everything works perfectly through my digestive system and out of the exit wih no problems at all , I have no bloating either , I can't speak highly enough of this product , thank you innopure.

Made many changes to diet and have been suffering with diarreah, constipation, bloating, cramps ....heard about psyllium husk. Found this product. Really happy I did! At first took the 2 tabs three times a day - and everything sorted itself out pretty quick. Then i slowly up'd the dosage 3 tabs three times a day. This started to cause discomfort. One day I got complacent and didn't take them, still felt ok, so i missed another day purposefully to see result: this was an educating mistake - do not stop! As soon as I started taking, after a day or so of gas/bloating, got settled again. Now I take 2 twice a day and everything is running smoothly - but I have switched to a v low carb, mod protein and v high fat diet. For me it's clearly the carbs that are causing me the gastro discomfort. I recommended this to one of the lads at the gym dealing with bloating, will continue to keep in my supplement stash and to recommend to others
