Really good product, the magnesium helps with joint pain and muscle aches. Great after a long day of being on your feet.

Great for a bath, good for helping balance electrolyte levels through skin absorption. However, need to ingest appropriate electroyles in diet and drink. I like these, can add some essential oil drops to have a scented bath.

This is a solid, no-nonsense Epsom salt that does exactly what it should. I’ve been using it after evening workouts and it really helps me relax before bed. The lack of scent might not be for everyone, but I actually like being able to add my own essential oils if I want a bit of aromatherapy. Las utilizo desde hace tiempo y siempre de esta marca. 1Kg puede durar unos 6-8 baños. En mi caso son útiles para aliviar el dolor muscular. Son antiinflamatorias y relajantes. Si tomas baños para relajarte, añadir estas sales es ideal para recuperar tu tono muscular y mejorar tu estado de ánimo. Es un producto imprescindible que tiene un precio razonable y tiene muchos beneficios.

Arrivato il giorno dopo spedizione perfetta! Ho aspettato un mese prima di fare la recensione perché sono pignola e volevo provare questi sali in tutti i modi descritti su internet perché le recensioni non erano sufficientemente dettagliate. Ho cercato questi sali perché ho letto dal libro di Andreas Moritz " Guarire il fegato con il lavaggio epatico" avevo male a un fianco da un mese e poi dopo l'ecografia addome superiore mi anno detto che avevo i calcoli biliari alla cistifellea , io spaventata perché nn sapevo che cosa sono ho fatto come fanno tutti o guardato su internet e sono capitata su Amazon dove nn ho trovato una recensione con scritto che si potevano Prendere Per BOCCA! Dopo averli comprati mi sono preparata 1 settimana per il lavaggio epatico, si prende 1 bicchiere di acqua e dentro si mette 1 cucchiaio di sali premettosono amatissimi e tra una folata e l'altra o messo del miele in bocca , l'effetto avviene dopo mezz'ora si a delle scariche e si consiglia di stare a casa vicino a una toilette , ci tengo a precisare che nn si ha nessun tipo di dolore addominale come avviene con gli altri purganti( sia medicinali che naturali) provoca un senso di inappetenza( ma nn usateli per dimagrire perché se non avete dei reni che funzionano bene si possono formare ristagni di sale nei reni !!) L'aspetto dei sali sono delicati e assomigliano ai cristalli di neve e a contatto con l'acqua si sciolgono subito. Dopo varie settimane o iniziato a lavorare e arrivavo a casa con dei dolori ai piedi e gambe e facendo dei bagni o pediluvi effettivamente rilassano e a fatto sparire il dolore che avevo. Consiglio a tutti di tenerlo una busta a casa.Grazie

I have purchased this product a few times now, and I am very happy with it. The packaging is neat, the contents are pure, and the delivery went without problem every time. As a sufferer of a rare skin disease (Hailey-Hailey), Epsom salts were recommended to me by other people with the same disorder, and it really helps. Highly recommended, because it also gives you a very relaxing bath!
