I've baked/roasted a variety of foods and when finished I have to be very careful to hold the pan flat or my fish/chicken/fries just slide right off. Nothing sticks and there's no chemical based non-stick...me likey.The build quality is amazing and any leftover oils just wipe off.FYI: this pan is HUGE which does make it a bit heavy....but this is what the 5 star rating was meant to be for.

This pan is the perfect size to fit in the oven side by side with another item to bake. My other pan is too large and takes up the whole rack. This is very sturdy and is easy to clean. It costs more, but I think it's worth it.

We got the blue and it is beautiful. It’s very sturdy; doesn’t warp like the regular aluminum sheets. We made cookies last night and it cooked evenly and didn’t stick. Definitely 5 stars!

I was very excited to try this pan. I had some baking sheets that were extra large like this but they could not hold up on higher temps (above 400). This pan has done well so far. I followed cleaning instructions and it continues to be non-stick. That being said, I was a little disappointed that even after one use the colored coating on the bottom chipped immediately. I'd rather just have something with no color option than chips on the color.

I was looking for a baking sheet that was not going to leach toxic chemicals into my food and this one won't. It's smaller than my other baking sheets. I believe this company makes a larger one. I like that it has sides for things that tend to leak liquids but the sides make it more difficult to get things like cookies off the baking sheet. I have bought a few itemst from this brand and like them all. They are expensive so I'm buying one item at a time. In a few years I might have a full baking set. This baking sheet will occasionally bend when cooking but that's normal for this material. Once it cools to goes back to being flat. If your baking or cooking something that this would be an issue. I wouldn't use this baking sheet for that. Over I really like this baking sheet and this brands products. I think they are great quality but they are expensive. You get what you paid for.

Pizzas rolls, nuggets, chicken Kievs, chimichangas…you name it…they slide right onto the spatula, stick free every time. And clean up is a breeze!!

These are some of the best baking sheets I've ever had. Love the way they bake and super easy to clean!
