Great laptops—highly recommend buying from this seller
The condition of the laptop came in excellent condition. The performance of it works well easy to connect to and setup. Durability was solid and the battery life is perfect. I chose the right laptop with the wrong OS system, which is my fault and had to send it back. Overall I recommend anyone to buy from the seller.

Works perfectly, looks new.
For 15 years or so, I've bought only refurbished T-series thinkpads because they just work. I was a bit nervous about this one because it did not come directly from Lenovo, but it's great. No junk software, no games I don't want. It looks brand new and runs very well. The only issue, and it's a small one, is that there's only 1 USB-C port, and it's also used for power. I misread the specs and got a USB-C Acotek hub, which doesn't pass enough power thru to keep the laptop happy. I should have gotten a USB-A hub and suggest other buyers do the same if buying a USB hub.

Sold me a brick!
Unless you were blessed with a ridiculous amount of patience, or you are a glutton for punishment, do not purchase this refurbed Thinkpad from Best Refurb. Wait until you can afford what you want, and order directly from the Lenovo website. It wouldn't boot up (Error: Could not detect network connection) and Windows wouldn't start (see photos). There were absolutely no instructions in the box, and no contact info or phone number, so I had to try Amazon's worthless messaging feature to contact the vendor. Their first suggestion, which came at 10:40PM, over 11 hours after I asked for help, was to "Can you please share a screenshot". Not sure how you do that with a computer that won't boot up or find my network, so I attached photos taken with my phone. After another 2 days of useless suggestions, responding to me only after 10:30 PM when I'm fast asleep (not sure what part of the world this "tech service" is coming from), that did absolutely nothing to change the condition, I decided to cut my losses with this brick and send it back for a refund! Why would they ship out a computer in this condition. Did they not power it up to make sure it boots properly? You shouldn't have to deal with this kind of BS right out of the box! It's too bad, because this is a great price ($280) for what is typically a $1000+ rock solid computer. I guess if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

We recently purchased the Thinkpad T14 (Gen 1) as a diagnostic tool for our truck fleet.
It's been a solid investment at a great price. The laptop offers impressive performance, solid build quality, and the features we need for our diagnostic work. However, there is one major issue we've encountered that I think is worth mentioning. Pros: Performance: The Intel i5 10310U processor, paired with 16GB of DDR4 RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD, delivers smooth performance for our diagnostic software and general tasks. Boot-up times are fast, and we can run multiple applications without issue, which is crucial when working on the go with truck diagnostics. Display: The 14" 1080p Full HD display provides clear and sharp visuals. It's perfect for viewing diagnostic data and making adjustments without straining your eyes. The screen is bright enough for indoor and low-light environments. Connectivity: The inclusion of Thunderbolt 3 and HDMI ports gives us excellent options for connecting to external monitors or devices when needed. This is useful for larger-scale diagnostics or when additional displays are required during troubleshooting. Build Quality: As expected from Lenovo, the Thinkpad T14 is sturdy and well-built. It feels like it can handle daily use, even in a mobile environment. It’s lightweight and portable, which makes it easy to carry between trucks or workstations. Windows 11 Pro: The laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro, which works well for our needs. The operating system is responsive and up-to-date with the latest features, helping ensure compatibility with modern diagnostic tools. Cons: Touchpad Issue: This is the main issue we've faced. When the laptop is cold, the touchpad doesn’t work properly or at all. We’ve noticed that after the laptop warms up, it starts functioning again, but this initial failure to respond is a significant inconvenience. Since we use this for truck diagnostics, having a non-functional touchpad in the beginning is uncomfortable and disrupts the workflow. While we can use an external mouse, this doesn’t fully solve the problem, especially when we're on the move and need to rely on the built-in touchpad. Renewed Condition: Since the laptop is a renewed model, there were a few minor cosmetic imperfections, though nothing that affects its functionality. It’s still in good shape overall, but some people might be bothered by the slight signs of previous use. Overall Verdict: The Lenovo Thinkpad T14 (Gen 1) is a great choice for those looking for an affordable and reliable laptop with solid specs for business or diagnostic use, especially at the price point it offers. The performance is great, and the display and connectivity options are more than adequate for our needs. However, the touchpad issue when cold is a notable inconvenience that can interrupt our work, especially when we need to make quick adjustments on the go. If this issue were addressed, this laptop would be near perfect for our use case. Still, if you're okay with using an external mouse or don’t mind the occasional delay in touchpad responsiveness, it's a solid option.

It looks new and acts new--what more do you want?
It is the perfect college computer. It is light for carrying with an Intel 5 CPU and enough memory and speed for lecture notes. The price point is really great considering how functional it is. It would also be perfect for the kitchen, emails, notes, planing meals, and getting cooking help from Perplexity. I think it's a solid deal. BTW Microcenter charges an extra $100 for the same deal. If i have a problem with battery life an a few months, I will revise this and let everyone know. Otherwise, this seller and his/her merchandise is top quality and very fairly priced.

Recent purchase refurb Lenovo Thinkpad T14 from ITSUPPLYGUY
I purchased this 3 weeks ago, an approximately $1200 value laptop for $300 (my wife has a ThinkPad X1 Carbon and I wanted to go in the same direction. I have a very big heavy Alienware M17RX3 that is 14 years old and has been upgraded several times which I use every day essentially as a moveable desktop. But I just started a new travel job where I needed a highly capable small light lap top that I could carry in my backpack. (I also purchased a Lenovo padded carrying case.) The 90 day warranty is very reasonable for a refurb but I also purchased an Asurion 2 year protection plan (have purchased something similar for all my computers). I've been using it for 4 week now and adjusted touchpad settings and others to come close to my other computer. Already took on 1 work trip and it performed very well with no problems. Still getting a handle on what battery life is under various conditions. No reservations whatsoever on purchasing another refurb product from ITSUPPLYGUY.

Very pleased with this purchase. The laptop is in near new condition, came with Windows 11 loaded. It is fast and very good battery life. Seller was proactive by contacting me before shipping to advise that It does not have the touch screen and that's ok with me. I was not impressed with UPS, they did not attempt to deliver to my home, they dropped it at the UPS pickup location.

Please bring this system to the IT room 210 so we can replace this system.” Gracias.
