Tow my car trailer
It’s a good sturdy product. Towed my car trailer to Florida from Illinois. No problems at all.

Tried to return it
It isn't rated accurate 14000 would have been very scary I only put 10000 on it and it was bending and the balls was not level the reciever left a dent in the shank I started the return process but had major life events unexpected and forgot to actually get it to ups but wouldn't trust these hitches

Seems like a good hitch so far
Having a new Ram 2500 I wanted a 2 1/2” hitch so I did not need to use the adapter that came with the truck. I bought a used version of this and my only complaint is it was missing the locking pin.I have used this once so far and it does the job. I like that I can easily adjust the height since I have different trailers with different heights

Shaft is significantly smaller than it should be and rattles intensely over every bump. Everything else appears to be as described. Get what you pay for.
