I would think you would be able to buy a charger with same spec from Amazon. I dont know if the distributor can supply one.

Can it be a good replacement for LED colourful strip lights?

Yes its better as easily move about and be creative at where to place it ( I've got 2 ) , Strip lights unmovable also take effort whereas cube light effortlessly movable
