Good quality resistance band delivered on time, but I ordered a red lightweight band as that is what I was given by my physiotherapist. After 18 months usage the band split and I needed another, so ordered this red lightweight band, however it is heavier than the band I was used to and because of my advanced arthritis I find this one too heavy for me to use. If I had known, I would have ordered an extra-light band.

The band is easy to grip and seems of good quality. It does not smell and does not leave your hands smelling like rubber after you use it. I bought the green one and it offers quite a bit of resistance, more so than my old green band that broke. The band comes with links to online exercise suggestions. I am very happy with the purchase so far.

A simple length of band, no frills, just exactly what you need for resistance training. This new green one is a medium but I've been using a lightweight one for some time now, long enough for me to need a stronger one, and I can testify to the band's durability. I got a blue heavy one at the same time and I expect to graduate up to it by working on this green one. It comes with a guide to multiple exercises, and I can highly recommend it for versatile resistance training.
