Should've bought this sooner.
Honestly, this is probably a piece of kit that I should've gotten a long time ago. I never thought I needed something like this. Thought that maybe investing in something like this would be a waste of money.Well, I build computers. I've been getting into modding console/pc gaming controllers. But also, have been needing to maintain my 3D printer, amongst many other things. It's turned jobs that would usually take 10mins or more, into 2-3mins jobs. What's handy is the the bits that come with it--probably the most commonly used. You obviously have different torque settings. The front LED light is bright, the rear not so much. I've been considering, since I build/light plastic models and have them--replacing the LED with something brighter. This electric screwdriver is built in a way that you could theoretically open and maintain it yourself. The battery has been lasting a while. I've had it for around a month, and haven't needed to charge it yet. Although, I did plug in a few micro-USB cables to see if it charged/charges. It seems the shape of the handle and placement of the charging port is a design flaw of sorts. It prevents the cable from plugging in properly. An electric screwdriver like this, though. It's definitely useful for those who may have a condition that affects grip, and may find it difficult to use a manual screwdriver. Which, my hands usually grow tired, and cramp quickly--always have, and I'm only in my early 30s (at the time of review).

Excellent addition to the toolbox
I would urge potential purchasers to ignore some of the comments about this screwdriver not being up to the job, it really is a case of 'horses for courses'.Would you buy this screwdriver for building a large construction like a balcony or fence, probably not, you would need a much heavier drill/driver combination costing about five times as much, maybe an even more expensive impact driver. No, this screwdriver is for every day use, where I found it to be excellent, especially considering the price. So far I've used on machine screws when working on a dishwasher, some carpentry, putting up some shelves and refitting some flat pack furniture. The torque setting is very useful especially when working with finer screws or where the wood is in danger of splitting, the adjustable angle of the handle is excellent, a couple of times I've been able to get into awkward places. I've even found the built in torch at the handle base useful when I've dropped a screw into a dark corner. It's small enough to go into my toolbox yet certainly powerful enough for most day to day jobs. Combined with the set of screwdriver bits (including star bits) make this a first rate tool and beats anything else I've come across in its class.

surprisingly powerful and quick to charge
My previous electric screwdriver was a large cordless drill. I did not expect this to be as effective as that was. I bought it to save me constantly changing from drill bit to screw bit for a project to make a desk that involved 700 odd screws (see pic). And when I saw it was charged by USB not supplied I thought Oh dear. But I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be every bit as powerful as the big one, held its charge just as well if not better and fully recharged from one of my many USB chargers in less than 30 minutes a feat the drill could not achieve. On the whole (no pun intended) a good buy

Fantastic for small jobs
This thing is compact, rechargeable and so versatile. Excellent number of drill bits provided. I've used this on all the flat pack furniture I've been building recently (Just moved house) and it's perfect as it's not too powerful for this kind of job. Something more heavy duty would probably split the wood of a flat pack piece.I find the 6 torque settings are no different (?) but what this thing can do has been great and saved me so much time. It's fantastic for those little jobs around the home. The light on the bottom is also pretty useless - your mobile phone will be brighter. Not for the serious DIY enthusiast or professional though, unless you have another more powerful option too.But how can I complain at this price point, for the little odd jobs I needed it for? I can't. It's brilliant.
