Review: Superior natural Vitamin C - If like me you megadose on vitamin c, this will not go far at all! I got through this bag in just over 1 week. As a vitamin C product this is the most superior vitamin C i have taken you can feel it in your cells immediately and the difference in skin and general wellbeing is felt the next day at 3 x dosage (impossible to OD on vitamin c). The taste is great like a sweet and sour earthy light soup, i dilute in hot water and OJ. I have now switched back to pharma grade vit c powder as its economical.

Doesn't really have much of a taste or smell to it which is fine because I imagined if it did there could be sugars. However I do intermittent fasting so I usually mix this with collagen powder and drink it when breaking a fast. Doesn't mix immediately which is fine just takes several stirs till it's mixed in and good to go. I love the fact that it's soil association approved and organic as there are many vit c powders out there that are not the real deal like this one and are just fake ascorbic acid. Will most likely buy again perfect natural supplement to have generally to boost the immune system especially even more so during quarentteen.

**Q: Is this heated in any way any time before/during/after production?**
A: Hi, it's says the following online "Time Organic Acerola Cherry powder uses the finest quality Brazilian organically grown Acerola Cherry and made into a purified extract in a state of the art GMP European processing facility under low temperature water extraction"..... so it is heated, but under low temperature.   As to what temperature this is I am not sure but one would hope it was low enough NOT to destroying the nutrients!  To be honest, I've now stopped taking all supplements, and believe me I was on a few for some years!  They are great if you just need a boost and it will help, but if you have multifaceted health issues, I've found, from experience, they are not the answer on their own or at least they werent for me!.  I am not sure of the reasons you are looking into buying this natural supplement, but if it's for chronic illness, then let me know.  I am happy to share what I've moved onto now.

A: Normal food when opened is 1 - 2 days with a Max. 7 days. Powders much longer e.g. weeks to months.

**Q: Is it supposed to be full of small/big lumpy bits. And the lumps don’t dissolve when mixed with water**
A: I whisk it with a stick blender

A: I buy these and like them as they are high in vit c but I don’t think they are freeze dried as I buy their organic blueberry powder and it’s highlighted as freeze dried. Therefore I think they would print freeze dried if it were as it would add an advantage to the sale of them.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality vitamin C and delivered very quickly

Taste is okay. Not particularly nice but, when mixed with water, it's drinkable. I guess if you added to juice you would taste it less. More importantly, it's vitamin C from natural sources and you can control how much you have. As stated, a level teaspoon is around 630mg and a rounded one is 1000mg. It's not recommended to have more than 1000mg a day and that's way, way over the recommended daily amount anyway. I'm using half a level teaspoon, which is around 300mg - still 5 times more than the RDA. Of course, it's up to you how much you decide to have and it's good you can control it. It's well packaged and delivery by the seller was amazingly quick. I received it less than 24 hours from ordering it!
