Deliciously authentic, just like you tried on holiday.
The first time I tried this was on a tour on holiday in Spain when I was a kid, and this version really does take me back in time. Made from almonds and honey, the taste and texture are unlike anything else, a truly unique and delicious taste experience. I'm not really a fan of the unique aftertaste that honey is known for, but I really don't get it with this, which is perfect for me. It's incredibly well packaged. Inside the box is a vacuum-sealed packet, and inside that there's another sealed packet. I guess this primarily helps guarantee freshness, but also keeps it moist and creamy and prevents any leakage of the almond oil. People with nut allergies be aware this this is a nut-based product. If you're like me and love this stuff, you'll be delighted with this version. Highly recommended and I see no reason to pay for more expensive alternatives, no reason whatsoever. If you haven't tried it yet, you really should.
