Very good!
This is a very good wash mitt. Wash mitts in general are better than sponges, but this one is the best I've tried, I've also tried the synthetic wool one that Kent also sell, But this one is both cheaper and better. It is incredibly absorbent, you can clean a whole section of a car with just one dip. You clean top to bottom and so the whole top section of the left or right side can be done with excess water afterwards. The absorbency makes the mitt rather tiring to use after a while, but I won't knock it down for that. There are two cleaning surfaces, one filled with microfibre 'noodles' and the other with a netted foam pad. The noodle side is excellent and is where most of the water is held as you clean, it eases away dirt and light spots of bird foul. Anything that the noodles cannot handle can easily be tackled with the 'scrubby' side, it somehow takes the dirt right off rather easily, dirt that a sponge would not even touch. The mitt is nice to wear, with a sewed section in the middle to position your fingers to allow you to use it more easily although this can be annoying when you want to flip it around to rub some bird foul away but it would be worse if it wasn't there for general cleaning, it actually helps. The wrist band is good, not to tight and the mitt would never fall off. The verdict: Mitts are better than sponges, and this is the best one available.

Wash mitt cleans up
I purchased this particular wash mitt largely because of the favourable reviews on Amazon and am pleased to say I agree with them. It arrived soon after I ordered it and was well packaged. The one I received was bright orange in colour but that is fine. The product appears to be well made but above all it works and does its job well. It does take a bit of getting used to and when wet is quite heavy on the hand as it soaks up a lot of water but it did an excellent job cleaning my very grubby car. I'd like to think that using the mitt was quicker than using a sponge and you can put more pressure on the surface with the mitt compared to a sponge. Having made the mitt quite dirty by cleaning the car body nearest to the wheels and road I found that it was easy to restore the mitt with clean water and when it dry it looked as good as new. Overall I am very pleased with the Kent Microfibre Noodle Wash Mitt and am pleased to recommend it but must state that I have only used it once so far.

Great mitt but stitching leaves a lot to be desired.
After using the noodle wash mitt for the first time, I have relegated the sponge to wheel duties only. The mitt glides wonderfully and effortlessly over the paintwork when used with decent car shapoo and conditioner. The elasticated wristband is good quality and without any risk of the mitt coming off. I used the reverse mesh side to clean the lower bumber, which it did very well. After the first wash, I rinsed it and hung it out to dry, and the mitt was almost like new. The reason for the four star, well, sadly the stitching came apart during my second wash while gently trying to lift the dirt off the grills nooks and crannies, which was a little disappointing. I guess the sewing machine will have to be taken out at some point to repair and reinforce the stitching and hope the mitt gives me plenty of trouble free washes and is VfM. Would I recommend the mitt? Yes, I believe I would.

Brilliant value
I have tended to use sponges in the past but decided to give a mitt a try. Did a bit of research, there are lots of options and materials, some quite pricey, but I gave the Kent a go as it had won various awards. It’s great quality and a pleasure to use. It soaks up loads of water and is easy to use as it moulds to your hand. The texture help to get into all the tricky bits. The inside has 2 sections so it is easy to manipulate. The wristband is tight, helping to keep it secure. There are 2 sides, one for general and the other to remove ground in dirt and road debris. I’m really impressed, it’s an absolute bargain. Highly recommend

5* I've had it for Nearly 11 years !
5* All day long ! It's about time I wrote a review about this. Well I've just found out I bought it in April 2014🤣. So heading to 11 years old and still going strong amazing product. Well worth the money I paid £2.99 at the time.

Good value product
I use this to wash my car and bought it with the Autoglym kit. It's a very well made mitt and the microfibre noodles do a good job in being gentle on the paintwork. The other side is very effective at removing the bugs on the bumpers and wing mirrors etc. Its durable and happy to be washing machined. It takes a while to dry though as you would expect. If your using the normal two-bucket method to wash your car then it's essential as you can easily shake the excess dirt off in bucket two before you soak it in the soapy bucket once more. Excellent value, well made and comfortable.

This Kent Car Care mitt may be…
…one of those ‘Marmite’ things because you will either like it [which I do] or you won’t like it because of its construction. There are lots of these mitts on the market and they all claim to be made with ‘microfibre’ and I have no doubt that they are. But there are, like most things, grades and qualities of microfibre and grades and qualities of ‘finishing’ the end product before use. Before using the mitt to do any cleaning work soak it in warm water with a little washing up liquid and after 10 minutes just ‘scrunch’ it up in your hands in the warm water for a few minutes and then rinse it out in cold water. This will help get rid of all the loose fibres and also prepare the whole mitt for use in car washing/cleaning and help to prevent any ‘shedding’ when using on your vehicle paintwork/glass. The cuff has a pretty good elasticity and will hold it firm on most wrists whilst inside you may well encounter some stitching that separates your fingers into 2 sections and actually helps to keep a grip of the main mitt body whilst also allowing you to alter your finger pressure to gain access to those hard to get to areas where a wide flat hand might prove a bit tricky. The mitt has two microfibre surfaces [the microfibre noodles and a microfibre mesh-like] – the mesh-like surface can be used after the car has been rinsed off to help remove any remaining dirt but do be careful that any remaining mud doesn’t have any grit in it before you start ‘swirling’ it about on your paintwork. Better to gently use an old washing-up brush to break down any mud using lots of water and not scrubbing at it either. How long will it last? I guess the answer is more questions – how often you use it – how much care you take of it etc etc. Personally I expect it to last me about a year which would mean under 20p a wash which added to the other costs of my home wash works out at a lot less than my local car wash and a more satisfying end product – a really clean car. I am very happy to recommend this item to you. Thank you for your time in reading my feedback/review – I hope it may have helped you in your buying decision. Better than a sponge
First impressions are that this will now replace my sponge method, the things i noticed that are better is the fact is can get into those tighter spots a normal sponge cant without having to worry about additional cloths or brushes, it holds a lot more water and soap which gives an overall better wash. The mesh side could be useful for those more ground in dirt but as i foam wash first i stuck to the noddle side.
