I wasnt a hundred percent certain about this, before I bought it, but the Gluten free book that I had recently bought, and also an American cook book too, that I had purchased....BOTH used this item in their baking....so I bought this to ...and was pleasantly surprised how nice it has worked....So if your a sceptic about this like I was...then dont wiorry , try it for yourself and see, this is a good price too, so its a no brainer as far as I can see....
