DONT LISTEN TO AMAZON REVIEWS. if the headphones cost less than £50 they are way too forgiving and then if they cost more than £50 they are way to harsh. Google some reviews from tech reviewers and look at your budget and what you will use them for. Jaybird are great as gym and normal life headphones as they really great at keeping outside noise out, they dont break from sweat in the gym and they have amazing quality with decent battery life if you learn to turn them off when your not using them.I love them, someone else wont. I dread to think how bad the others they reviewed must have been if this won! I've had a pair of Bayerdynamic wired headphones for a year which have been incredible. But they aren't sweat proof so keep messing up on longer runs.Here's my thoughts on the Jaybird X3.Pro's:- They look nice- The app to control the EQ is goodCon's- The sound quality is awful. Like properly awful. Really tinny. There is no bass and artificially ramping it up in the app wipes out the top end. It's shockingly poor for headphones at this price point.- The fitting is fiddly. Too many parts, not obvious how it works.- There is no left or right on the buds. You set it in the app. This is a pain in the backside as I can never remember which way round I had it.- Getting into the packaging is like a task from the Crystal Maze. Seriously guys, couldn't you have done a simpler job? Go out and buy any Apple product and then think about the nonsense you sent your headphones out in.I would have given them a 1 star review but for the app making things mildly better. I am now going to see if Amazon will let me return these as they are so, so poor.UPDATE - I’ve down graded to a one star review. I changed phones and now the app doesn’t work so won’t pair to the buds. Also, having lived with these for a few weeks the battery life isn’t even close to the advertised duration, you’ll be lucky to get 4 hours out of them. I’m returning these to Amazon. Without doubt the worst pair of headphones I’ve ever owned.
