Yes, all the strings are steel.

Does it come with a pluckers or it has to be bought separately?

It came with a nice bag and is a very nice guitar, for a small, child’s instrument. It’s well set up, very playable, keeps in tune and makes a nice, light sound. It doesn’t come with either plectra or thumb picks, but they cost pennies.

Is this a classical guitar, or regular acoustic guitar? Thanks

Regular steel string guitar, remember 3/4 of the size of a normal dreadnought style guitar. Yamaha are a great brand. Good for younger starter or as a travel guitar.
