Great Product , Performs as per advertised and good value for Money

I bought this for trimming ear hair. I don't need to use it for nose, beard or eyebrow which this device can also be used for, so I can't comment on those uses. This is my first trimmer and didn't really know what to expect. Thankfully it's very easy to use in the ear and doesn't require too much brain power, but don't expect the 158 page manual to be any help either. It's not awkward to hold or manoeuvre. There is no hidden technique just get on with it. Results are good and surprisingly smooth. Better than the trimmer at my local hair dressers, that one always leaves my ears with a prickly feel. I just thought I had very thick ear hair. Seems easy to clean and you have 3 ways to do it, water wash, jet wash, or simply the cleaning brush. What's in the box? The trimmer itself with a protective cap, a cleaning brush, a 158 page manual (9 pages in English) coupled with a 76 page guarantee (1 page in English). Those both weigh more than the device itself. Finally the item description claims this to be a "Wet and Dry" trimmer. Nowhere on the box or in the manual does it mention that this can be used in the shower, with a wet face or with any creams etc... The model I received was ER-GN30-K (don't know where the 503 went). The mention of water is for cleaning. What's more annoying is the UK Panasonic website (at time of writing) has no information about this model. So I wouldn't buy this if you wanted to use it in the shower, I don't need to just for ear hair. Overall it's easy to use, easy to clean, good results and a very good price.

Excellent quality compared to the usual devices like this which we find don’t seem to last very well but this one seems well put together I would recommend it.

Excellent product with performance as described.

As others have said, initially it worked well, but after a year it just stopped working, which when you consider you don't use it everyday, or even every week, that is pretty poor. My old Panasonic nose hair trimmer lasted around 4 years.

I was sceptical of these at first after reading alot of reviews. Only these but others but so far this has worked a treat. You get brush to clean it and also you can clean it with water.

My husband was very happy with this item. He has had one before but lost a small part and he has been trying to replace it. He uses it all the time. Battery life is good and he is pleased with the attachments that come with it. It is light weight and easy to use.

Cette tondeuse fonctionne très bien. Il faut une pile ronde 1.5V AA (non livrée). La boîte contenait en plus une petite brosse de nettoyage et un manuel assez complet. Je l'ai essayée sur les poils du nez et dans les oreilles; ma femme l'a essayée sur ces sourcils ... Ça chatouille un peu pour les poils du nez. A chaque coupe, on entend un petit bruit : cela permet de savoir s'il en reste encore à couper. La tondeuse coupe par les fentes que l'on voit sur la photo; elle ne coupe pas au centre mais sur les cotés, ce qui est en fait extrêmement pratique. Le nettoyage est facile et bien décrit dans la documentation. Juste une remarque : au début j'ai cru qu'elle ne fonctionnait pas. C'est tout simplement qu'il y a un ordre dans le remontage de la tête : il faut enfiler l'élément de coupe dans la tête de la tondeuse, et ensuite placer l'ensemble sur le corps. Si vous placer d'abord l'élément de coupe sur le corps et coiffez le tout par la tête de la tondeuse, l'élément de coupe se bloque dans la base et ne peut pas tourner (c'est plus facile à comprendre lorsque vous l'aurez en main). Cela fait une semaine et je dois avouer que c'est très agréable de ne plus voir et sentir ces horribles poils : je me demande pourquoi je n'ai pas fait cet achat plus tôt ...

Fantástico aparato para eliminar los pelos que asoman por la nariz o las orejas. Silencioso, cómodo de usar y sin tirones ni ningún tipo de dolor. Además, es silencioso y muy fácil de limpiar. Muy recomendado.

It is great for nose hair, I haven't had it tug on hairs a single time, it's gentle but does a very good job, especially compared to the old Braun I used. The thing I'm most impressed with however is how effective it is for eyebrows, I wasn't really expecting this but it's the best tool I've tried to trim eyebrows so far.
