I suffer from COPD and found that I had less mucous in my lungs after a few weeks. I'm hoping too, that it will help stave off or at least diminish colds and flue in the future. Also, the healing properties for cuts and bruises are quite amazing. I've had a troublesome sore and flaking mid finger (trapped and broken) for over thirty years. I applied honey to it very thin for a couple of weeks and at the moment it looks healed - time will tell if it's done the trick for good?
