MKS Half Clip Steel - Deep - With Leather, Metallic, One Size

These a great toe clips, perfectly suited to urban cycling. It is worth noting that in some instances they can end up dragging along the ground (if you don’t get your toe in) but this is the same with all cages.

We have these on all 5 of our bikes, which are used for a combination of commuting, road and track cycling. They provide a means getting more power out of your cycling, but avoid the need for specilist shoes. The leather also protects smarter shoes from scuffing. The only slight down side I've had is that the fixing holes haven't typically aligned with the holes on the pedals that have come with the bikes, so I've had to change the pedals (from the same manufacturere) as well, but given the usage they get, I'm happy with that.

Great pair of toe clips - these enable me to just jump on the bike without the need for special shoes/cleats and protect the shoes you are wearing.

I liked the look of this product and it is very pleasing to look at.However it makes the pedal rest upside down and is a pain to get your foot into. I think this is due to how heavy the product is.For me it also scraped across the floor whenever it was at its lowest point which scuffed it up pretty badly after only 2 trips to work.Would not recommend this product to anyone with a smaller framed bike because it will probably scrape loads more.Overall the product looks great but is a pain to use and gets damaged quickly. Not worth the price point imo

Fit perfectly on my MKS Sylvan Touring Pedals and match the brown grips and saddle on my Globe Daily 2. These would also fit the original Specalized pedals which were supplied with this bike.

Been using these toe clips for a couple of months now around the city. I wanted half toe clips rather than the full straps or clips as I wasn't too keen on having my foot locked in. These seemed to be part of the upper range on the market of half toe clips after doing my research but I went for them after reading how great the leather was for protecting your shoes and decided the cost would be worth it since I like to cycle regardless of shoes.They have been great. No problem getting my feet out and the leather certainly does the job, I even wear my new brogues with these clips! They keep my feet positioned as expected.My only problem with these was that my slightly wider than average feet would get a bit squashed unless angled correctly. If these were available to buy a tad bit bigger than I'm sure it would've been fine, though this is only a minor issue of mine.

Satisfied customer, ideal for commuting and does not scuff shoes.
