Firstly, switch the WiFi on in the camera settings. Then go to WiFi settings, choose camera and enter password: 1234567890. Once you have done that, download or open the Akaso go app on your phone and add new device (Akaso E7000). Most importantly, if you wish to view any footage you have taken on the app, you need to make sure you turn off your mobile data! I’m not sure why but it interferes with it and won’t connect to the camera wifi unless your mobile data is switched off. Took me about 5 attempts trying to connect to the WiFi before I realised this! Once I switched my mobile data off, the app worked perfectly. Good luck and hope this helps anyone who is struggling to connect the camera WiFi to your phone.
