Also with mine the bristles have flattened after a while so it doesnt really get into all the places i want! She was, initially, a little disappointed (for some mental reason she thought this was her main present and not a stocking filler!) but was impressed on first use and has used this ever since. The bristles are, apparently, soft but not too soft and she loves the eco-friendly element to it, allowing her to brush her teeth, guilt-free.
