Would it leak in transit?** A: The first one of these I had was great with a rubber type seal around the top of the lid and never leaked unfortunately I lost it. Highly recommended — Sistema really has mastered the art of microwave cookware. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome product but dubious about durability *by N***Y on 11 March 2026* Works really well, and honestly the only thing stopping a 5 star review is the durability of the plastic. It was sent in a lightly padded envelope and arrived scuffed on the outside, and quickly scuffed up inside too. It also stained the first time I did tomato soup. Still, it's really handy. Soup, beans, veg, tinned rice pudding etc all heat evenly and the handle always stays cool. Scrambled eggs works brilliantly and is genuinely easy to clean up. It seals properly and the 4 clasps hold the lid tightly. I'll definitely replace it once it gets *too* worn, either with another one of these or a higher quality version of this idea. Maybe quality isn't the right word, the plastic is free of all the nasty stuff after all, but less liable to staining and scratching. Definitely buy if you microwave a lot of tinned stuff, steamy stuff and liquids, it genuinely works as well as advertised which is a rarety these days. If it was made of more durable materials I'd already own at least one more.
