I also sometimes have it curly, sometimes straight. There is no heat damage to my hair (if I straighten, I leave my hair to air dry, followed by iron at 180C with heat protection serum and my hair is only straightened once a week on wash day) however it is naturally very dry and I have noticed it is getting drier as I age... This has done the trick. I have used Kerastase products in the past and this is actually better. You don't need much, it's quite a thick product. It is leaving my hair in much better condition, the curls are soft and last longer. My hair is nourished and shiny. If you'd like to know, here's what I do: I brush (on dry hair with a tangle teaser) wash my hair (shampoo only), towel dry gently and add the masque, which I leave on for 30 minutes. Then rinse (head down over the bath) and squeeze the extra water out gently.
