It's obvious some of the other reviewers don't understand creatine, so just read this review.
Tried this product before, and it works!Being tablet form means you don't have to taste the creatine - any anyone who's tried creatine powder knows how vile that stuff is. Tablets are more expensive, but this product is a very good price (Currently £13.58 for 240 tablets). Tablets are on the larger side, but you really don't want the powder..At 245lb, I find 4 tablets daily is sufficient, although you should realise that you're supposed to load creatine, and then drop the daily intake for maintenance - these tablets are just fine for the maintenance phase, but will take quite a few weeks for your body to load up at only 4200mg a day. In short - don't expect immediate results, and ignore some of the reviewers who claim such! Just get in the gym, work your arse off, and in a few weeks you'll start to feel the effects..I'd suggest researching creatine if you haven't already (water retention, loading/maintenance, side effects etc), but as far as this product goes, it's effective and works as expected.

Misleading advertisement. Not good value
Misleading advertisement. The 4200mg implies this is in one 1 capsule. In fact when you receive the product you find this is 6 capsules.

Best value if you cant take the powder
Firstly, all creatine tastes bad. So if it pops open in your mouth it is essentially sand.This particular brand is the best value for money i have found on amazonAnd the size of pill isnt too big, but for first timers it could be a bit muchAll in all i would suggest this if you cant take the powder

Feels like I'm swallowing rocks but the results are outstanding
Great for what they are, the creatine definitely helps me to increase reps and muscle size. The effects began to take place after 2 weeks. The downside is that they are really uncomfortable to swallow, the casings of the tabs are a bit too solid, compared to some other brands. So much so that after day 3, I was emptying the capsules into a glass instead. By holding the empty casings in my hand, I had further evidence of why the discomfort occured. Apart from this, the actual creatine content itself is very powerful and I've had the best results from these than other brands (who shall not be named).

Still have this product from a couple of months back. Seen some good differences when in the gym as long as I maintain my water intake throughout the day these tablets work as they are supposed to

I haven't noticed the same quality effects of other brands I've used so will probably go back to the one I was using.

Dose what it says.... the people leaving low star reviews need to learn to check the photos it shows clearly its 6 capsules daily

Rubbish and out of date
Only just started using this couple weeks ago after using another brand and these are pants won't buy these again if want sum decent creatine tabs allmax also out of date by several years
