I use essential oils quite a lot for self management and relaxation. I have chronic and painful health issues. I really wanted Santalum Album for my arthritis. This one is an absolutely marvellous essential oil. I can tell because it works! It smells marvellous too. Please ignore reviews by people who clearly do not understand that essential oil is not fragrance or scent. I use Valerie Ann Worwood's books to make my essential oil mixes. I used almond oil as a carrier and blended this sandalwood oil with ginger, nutmeg and geranium. The next time I replaced geranium with rose essential oil as I found geranium slightly odd smelling in the mix. I would try again though. Not only does the massage oil help moderately well with pain but makes me sleep beautifully. I do not need my codeine at night that I have taken for years. I do not expect miracles as I need a hip replacement. However, I am very delighted with my massage oil. The effect is due to the synergy between the oils I used. The oil is presented with very attractive packaging with SA on top for clear identification. I just bought a second bottle as it is so effective. I'd buy this brand again. Please don't put up the price!

Really strong and (to me) quite a masculine scent. Good quality oil. Smells nice but I need to get used to it. Normally I use patchouli in my skin care but I thought I would swap and go for sandalwood this time. It is a very thick oil so yes it takes some time to get drops out. But at least because it’s more expensive oil I won’t accidentally over drop/spill as I did with other more watery essential oils.

The oil smells good, the dropper takes a bit of time to release the product, so I had to shake it to get the product out. I will be adding it to a base oil in any case, so will remove that part of the bottle...

While the oil itself is perfectly fine, the pouring mechanism does not work, so I can't simply use one drop at a time, I have to prise open the top and pour it out which is wasting oil every time I use it. Not impressed at all.

Initially I thought it wasn't pure oil and the sandalwood smell wasn't very strong. However, now I've used it I've changed my mind. It's quite strong. You just can't smell the sandlewood much when you smell the bottle. But when you drop it onto something, one drop makes the room smell of it. It's lovely. Expensive but would buy again.

I thoroughly enjoy these Ecodrop oils. Everything from packaging (especially the convenient stickers on the cap) to the quality of the oils themselves. I've been on an essential oil journey lately and have ordered from numerous companies and these are by far my favourite. They smell right, have the right consistency and colour and are strong and pure! I dare to say better and more reasonably priced than Young Living and doTerra oils. Absolutely recommend!

first of all i would like to point out in the advertising there are two bottles which makes sense for the price they asking but they only deliver one 10 mill bottle, i know there is nothing in the written text that imply s that but none the less misleading. then we have the price more than double for even the organic sandalwood sold elsewhere on amazon and then we have the quality, which is not good there is something wrong with it after using it in a defuser i felt sick. go for Tisserand at least you know its authentic and at a reasonable price. UPDATE - i sent this stuff to an aromatherapist friend to test his feedback was that it is organic sandalwood and the reason for the not nice after smell is due to using chemical extraction instead of steam distillation. they are both legit ways to extract essential oils however the chemical one leaves a faint smell of the chemical used to extract it.

This sandalwood has a subtle scent, which I prefer - not at all overpowering. After doing a bit of research on the skin benefits of this particular essential oil, I have been adding a few drops to my facial cleanser, bodywash and body lotion - and I am very happy with the results. Here are some of the benefits: It acts as a moisturiser, may help with psoriasis and eczema, tones and tightens the skin, has deodorant properties, stops spots and wounds becoming infected, fights spots and blemishes and helps heal scars.

Ich finde, es ist ein gutes ätherisches Sandelholzöl, da ich eine sehr empfindliche Haut habe und dieses sehr gut vertrage. Meine Haut tut dieses Öl sehr gut und es duftet herlich und intensive. Mische es mit einem Trägeröl . Im elektronischen E Book sind tolle Rezepte und Ideen. Würde dieses Öl weiter empfehlen. Der Preis ist unschlagbar, wodurch ich länger überlegt habe, ob ich es kaufe. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht, weil das Öl eine gute Qualität hat, obwohl es für Sandelholz ziemlich günstig ist.

Ich finde das ein wundervolles Öl. Es hat etwas von Geheimnis und Tausendundeiner Nacht. Sehr hilfreich finde ich auch das e-book für einen kurzen Überblick der Aromatherapie. Sicher werde ich noch mehr bei ihnen bestellen. Die Lieferung ging auch sehr schnell. Vielen Dank! Sehr gerne wieder...

Me gustó mucho. El aroma es intenso. Lo utilizo principalmente como perfume.

Mit der Ölqualität bin ich ganz zufrieden, ein herrlicher Sandelholzduft eben, den ich von Sandelholzräucherstäbchen her kenne. Leider wurde das Fläschchen von Amazon in einem weichen Kouvert verschickt, wodurch der Verschluss vermutlich leicht beschädigt wurde und etwas Öl ausgelaufen war. Ich habe es trotzdem behalten, da Amazon dafür leider keine Retoure anbietet.
