What are the measurements of the envelopes in inches?

The C4 envelopes are 9 inches by 12.75 inches. Other types of envelope can be selected on this page and have different measurements, hence I suppose the variety of answers to this question. The C4 envelopes accommodate A4 sheets of paper without folding.

Does this have a window? Will a normal a4 paper fit in here widout folding?

No it does not have a window You would need to fold an A4 sheet of paper once (or more if you wish) to get it into a C5 envelope.

Are these envelopes made out of recycled or FSC standard paper?

Hi, looked at the box but I'm afraid it doesn't say. If it's the quality issue your worried about, its good. Not thin and weedy like some. Hope this helps
