High quality switch for my router table
This is a great safety switch for your router table or other power tool equipment. The only downfall is that it is not a magnetically held start meaning that if the power goes out, the unit will restart when power is restored. They have a magnetically held switch, but it did not have the paddle stop button. This one work very well for my application. The construction is very good and the size is just right.

Safety tool switch
Replaced the old switch on a home-made router table with this unit. I liked the additional safety of having the large paddle off switch and located it where I could activate it with my knee in an emergency. The unit is well built, easy to install and has a high voltage rating so I could safely use even my three-horsepower router.

I added this switch to my older craftsman tablesaw, it works great and definitely makes it much safer to use

Good switch with one potential safety issue
The switch works great. Love the large paddle style stop bar. I use this on a table saw and have ordered another one for my router table. Four Stars reflects one concern that I have with the switch; if you press the start button when the switch is unplugged and do not subsequently hit the stop button before plugging in into a power source, the plug will energize and, in my case, it started the saw. Now that I know this is how it works, I hit the stop button before plugging it in.

Great switch
Purchased for our old bandsaw that had a questionable switch. Everyone that has used has been very impressed with the ease of use. This type is also much safer so i would hope to avoid any injuries. We have some other equipment that could use a new switch and we are looking to purchase more of them

Quality.
A well made switch with a quality cord and plug. I installed it on my router table. No chance of accidentally turning it on as it takes a definite push of the recessed green button to activate. A slight bump of the red off-paddle instantly cuts the power. I use my knee.
