Brilliant!
I don't usually bother with reviews but this has been a game changerThe biggest issue with My Dad and his Alzheimers is medication, forgetting and getting confused about which day it is and if he's already taken itThis was easy to set up and so far we're a week in and he's not missed a dose,it's allowing him to keep his independence for a while longer

Brilliant machine from a fantastic company
We bought one of these for my mother-in-law who has dementia and struggled to cope with her medication. This has been brilliant we can now rest assured that she’s taking the tablets as and when she should, also we can easily see if she misses any. She managed to break the battery cover but it only took a quick email and a new replacement was sent. Thank you for the brilliant machine and the prompt efficient response to our request.

Solid cover Tabtime automatic pill dispenser
Easy to set up and use, and you can see the day and when the last tablets where taken as the indicator stays visible. However this can confuse the dementia patient if the last tablets taken were the previous day. One improvement would be to have a lockable battery box cover to stop the patient trying to get to the tablets through it, though this can be resolved by taping it over with duct tape.

A real game changer 👍
My 91 Mum lives in a retirement village and has been diagnosed with early stages dementia. We recently received a call from the onsite nurses that they were concerned every-time they went to collect her weekly dosset box, it had numerous tablets left in it that she hadn’t taken. They said we would have to get a carer come in twice a day to ensure she took her tablets, but as you know that comes at quite a cost and not something I can do due to still working. So we tried this box ..I now go up on a Sunday to fill it up for the week and so far it’s working wonders and is empty each time I go up. She can’t get into it once I’ve filled and locked it so I know she’s now taking her tablets when she should be, and the times I’ve set (4 times a day) seem to work for her. For £70ish it looks like it’s going to save us a fortune in carers 👍

28 day Automatic Pill Dispenser
This is the perfect way to take your medication on time everyday. The automatic pill dispenser has a carry tray for a full month, you can set up to six alarms if you need that many. I use this as my main medication in the morning that I have set for 7.30am. It might seem a bit expensive but think of it this way you will never miss taking your pills again so I think it is worth the price.

Brilliant product
We got this for my mother who has been having trouble following her blister pack and was very defensive and territorial with her medication making it difficult to monitor what she was actually taking. It's a game changer. We aren't able to be popping in every day and physically giving her her meds and she would never allow it anyway. I followed the instructions on the leaflet which were very clear and set it up for morning and evening meds. We can now fill it up once a week. She is delighted with the ease of use and our minds are put at rest that her meds are been taken properly. Would highly recommend for anyone with an elderly relative struggling with medication.

Disappointing.
My parent is suffering from Alzheimer’s and after forgetting their pills a few times I came across this product especially targeted for the elderly with memory problems. The twice daily alarm & movement to reveal the medication was very good and I can’t fault the product for that. It seemed to work for the first few days then after checking one day all the pills had disappeared. It seems that the unit can be opened without the key, I assumed with a knife but then my husband was able to open it without the key with just his thumb. Luckily we had only filled the dispenser with a weeks worth of pills and not a full 14 days (twice daily). We can’t return as my parent also managed to damage the battery compartment! Beware that this product is not as secure as advertised and if they want to get into it they will.
