What a great chess set. My daughter loves HP and was introduced to chess by the school. So this was a no brainer!! There was however a base that had fallen off a piece which I glued back on. It’s a shame the sound effects don’t work when player another player and not the computer.

Better than I expected, not too sure how to do everything on it yet as I am still just a beginner. It would’ve been a lot nicer, if it was bigger though, or maybe the chest pieces were a little bit smaller because I fall all over the place. Great item. I’m happy with it and so far. It’s been teaching me the moves so that’s fine. I’m also a Harry Potter fan so I’ve got all of the chess sets from the mini one, the electronic one, the magnetic one, and I’ve even got the large Lewis set, and hopefully will be able to save up for the Noble collection HP chess set.

Overall a great product that is worth the sale price. Can be a little finicky so better for older kids or be prepared to supervise a few games until they get the hang of it. The pieces are too big and can be prone to falling over, especially the knights, but they look very cool and frankly, even my 7 year old quickly learned to maneuver them around with any issues.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Do not touch this with a 10 foot pole. Got it for my son for Christmas just opened it and it is make of cheap plastic. The pieces have magnets on the bottom and three of them fell of instantly and none of the buttons, on off or anything else worked. It says it runs of three AA batteries but there is jo battery compartment but there is a charging lead. When it did turn on an ot did was cycle through some flashing lights and did nothing else. Very disappointed son on Christmas day. Also as you will see from the pictures it is also showing visible signs of damage.

This looks good on paper and on the whole, without factoring in the quality of figures, it's good but the main playing pieces aren't weighted properly and were very easily knocked over so my 9 year old (and myself) got quickly frustrated having to reset pieces around board during play which in turn negated computer play as it confused resetting pieces back up as a turn. For the price paid, I thought the figures were far too flimsy and lightweight - they should be a heavier plastic or a metal die-cast. Also one of the bases wasn't glued on to a figure so every time you moved it, the figure fell off the base - easily solved with superglue but again for the price paid - I felt it too poor re quality control. If the pieces were metal cast or weighted properly, this would be an excellent chess set. The quality of figures and the fact they are far too easily knocked over thus affecting computer self-play reduces my score to a 2.

Setup takes some effort, but once you’re past that, it’s a solid and entertaining experience—especially for Harry Potter fans.

es un ajedrez exquisito, precioso y perfecto para como yo comprarlo para mi hijo que comienza a gustarle el ajedrez ya que se entretiene mucho y el plus de los sonidos y iluminación es un incentivo a cogerlo. Por ponerle una pega seria el problema de las fichas que se desmontan pero se soluciona fácil.

Prodotto arrivato integro, ben imballato. Funzionante con luci e suoni. Gli scacchi sono fatti bene. Unico difetto che è relativo, gli scacchi sono molto leggeri quindi è facile farli cadere durante il gioco, ma la scacchiera mantiene le posizione. Lo consiglio per chi piacciono gli scacchi e harry potter e vuole giocare anche contro il computer.

Tablero dañado piezas dañadas parece usado. Además está mal configurado como se puede ver en el video tiro con blancas la máquina tira con negras y me vuelve a pedir tirar con negras después la máquina juego blancas que se supone eran las mías y después me vuelve a pedir tirar con blancas así en todos los niveles de juego cada color de piezas tira dos veces una por la máquina y otra por mí obligatoriamente porque no hay otra forma de avanzar, muy decepcionado estaba realmente esperando poder jugar y salen con esto y la devolución es un desastre realizarla. Compren bajo su propio riesgo.
