I love how the journal guides you through many different crystals, and the prompts really make you think about how using each crystal has made you feel, what you noticed in terms of your energy, and how you feel after using the crystals.The journal would also make a perfect gift idea for anyone who has an interest in crystals.

Interesting and good book with plenty of space for noting down your journey

For someone who loves crystals this is one of my Fav journals now. It’s so helpful how it basically explains each crystal what it helps with, how to use them cleanse them etc. It’s the only book you’ll need
