I feel a difference in my breathing. It works and my plants even look better. Noise level is minimal you can turn to sleep mode. Easy to use. I bought extra filters.

Works fine, great after sale service
Works fine. But my original unit died after 16 months. But ... The seller replaced it for free with my receipt. Now that's service.

Very poor quality
Worked well for about 2 months then it just suddenly stopped running one night, and then would not turn back on again. Seller never responded to get a replacement unit so Amazon thankfully processed a return even though it was after the return date.

Many reports of unit malfunctioning in that it just stopped working.
After 6 weeks or so the unit stopped working. Customer support resolved it by sending me a new unit with no problem.
