Ok product Need a few coats to see the glitter

The glitter is very sparce when painting straight on to nails and would need quite a lot of coats to achieve a dense glitter. I put on to a make up sponge and dab the glitter on to get better results, more glitter, less polish.

I've used a couple of times and it wears well. Would recommend a regular top coat on top and sort of dabbing with the brush to get the effect in my photo. Really can't fault it for the price at all!

I've had many a glitter top coat over the years but this has to be one of the worst. Don't get me wrong, it's very pretty, but you need at least three coats of it to get a reasonable effect. The actual varnish is so liquidy that all the glitter sinks to the bottom almost immediately after mixing, so you have to keep putting the lid back on and re-mixing between nails. I wouldn't buy it again.

I’m really pleased with this product. I bought it specifically to just put a few spangles on a black cherry or off white set of festive nails and it does the job at a great price I get what some of the reviews are saying about there not being loads of glitter in every stroke but it’s a topcoat, so if you want more glitter you can just add another coat. Haven’t had too much of an issue with the stars but would say they are not really needed on the product and if only one comes out on one side of your nail you’ve got to live with the eclecticism! Finally - it arrived 5 days earlier than expected, which was great.

Seeing as the nail varnish is called 'Glitter Bomb' you'd have thought that there would be a crazy amount of glitter in this product. The formula is very watery, so as you wipe off the excess back into the pot, most of the glitter is going to run off the brush too. The bottle is very deceiving and I would not describe this nail varnish as 'an explosion of glitter'.As shown in my first photo, I just applied it to the top of my nails. I was initially expecting more glitter and it was time consuming to create such a simple look as I had to try and layer it without making it too thick. The second photo is one coat all over. I had to be generous because every time I brushed it on, it would brush off again, so you don't want to keep going over it.Despite this, the small flakes of glitter are very cute and look nice over coloured nail varnish or by itself. The glitter isn't sharp and comes off a lot easier than other glitter nail varnishes. It does pull on the cotton wool pad with remover, but not a lot in comparison.I'd only recommend this if you're after a subtle gold glitter look or if you have time to apply serval layers to build it up.
