Sorghum Flour Good For Pastry/Baking
I use Sorghum flour in a mix with other flours to make my gluten free pastry. It adds flavour which is not over powering and substance to the pastry.

Not a direct substitute for flour, but just as versatile.
I have a wheat, rice and oat intolerance, so finding a flour i can use is fantastic. It took a little getting used to the flavour but otherwise I've made bread, pancakes, small cakes and yorkshire puddings with it and loved them.

Best gluten free flour IMO
I love this flour. A 50/50 mix of this and a starch (arrowroot, tapioca or potato) makes perfect pancakes with no need for xanthan gum. It also makes wonderful doughy pizza bases. And bread, although this does need either gum or psyllium husks or a seed meal with it. I think it's fab and worth every penny for the taste of wheat and the incredible nutritional value!

No increase of DHT
Bought it to increase DHT, but it has no effect. Otherwise it is good gluten free flour with some sweet flavor.
