Can this inflate a completely flat tyre

I really cannot answer this question with any accuracy as I have not had this problem, however I have used the unit for pumping up a soft tyre and found it very good. I would imagine that if the flat tyre is still sealed to the rim and not been driven in this state it should not be a problem

How accurate is the inbuilt pressure gauge in PSI?

Haven’t checked against certified accurate gauge, but it appears to correspond to within 1 or 2 psi with both my local garages free air machines.
