Pros: - Softer hair with less frizz - Adds a nice shine - Fairly lightweight - Smells amazing - My hair is easier to detangle - Still feels nice the next day and continues to work to a degree - Only a small amount required per application - Feels premium and effective - Works well with men’s hair Cons: - Quite expensive. The larger bottle is better value than the smaller one - The shine effect doesn’t last very long Overall: I’m pleased I purchased this. My hairdresser recommended it and told me that with oils like this, if you pay a premium, you get a premium result - and for how long it lasts, it’s worth the price. After using it, I completely agree.

I am on lots of medication and morphine in particular has not been kind to my hair. Speaking with my hairdresser whore recommend this to me and I’m so glad she did and I have been using it for about a year now and my hair has improved so much and it feels like my volume is back and it’s shiny and thicker. It’s one of those things I now would not want to be without. It smell so good. I just have a small amount into the palm of my hand and run it through my hair before I brush and blow dry it. A little goes a long way. It’s a Small bottle for the price but so worth it, I really do recommend this product it’s like magic in a bottle.

Love this hair oil, tried a few over the years, this comes top for my hair, doesn't leave it greasy looking or weigh hair down, just leaves it soft and silky, feels fabulous, smells nice too. Well worth the money. I have long, fine hair which is coloured.

Moroccan Oil is a hugely hyped product...but oh my gosh does it deserve it!! If I could only choose one hair product to use for the rest of my life, it would be this. The oil itself is a thick, golden hued liquid, and the smell is divine- a sort of deep, rich scent, but not in any way overpowering, I pour a small amount of the oil into my palm (about the size of a 5p piece or slightly bigger) and then rub it between my hands, covering botth my palm and the front of my hands. The oil warms in your hands and spreads easily. I then rake my hands through the underneath of my freshly washed, towel dried hair, and then smooth my hands over the lengths of my hair. I distribute the oil until my hands feel dry, and then comb through to make sure it is distributed evenly. The comb goes through my hair easily- the oil helps to detangle and smooth. I then blow dry and style as usual. I also use the oil as a shine booster and frizz tamer on dry hair in between washes. My hair is long and quite fine, and on the oily side, so I was initially concerned that this oil would weigh my hair down and make it oilier. In fact, I've found it does the opposite! It helps to smooth and control my frizz, and makes my hair super shiny and not in the slightest bit oily or greasy! I also feel that it protects my hair when I'm using heated tools, and it definitely helps straighteners slide over my hair. I've now been using MorrocanOil for nearly 4 years, and I ALWAYS have it on hand- I make sure I have a backup so I never run out! I feel that it has completely changed my hair. My hair is always in great condition, and it honestly seems less oily than it used to. It really is just a wonderful product and totally worth the splurge. 5 stars....but I'd give 10 if I could!

I was very hesitant to purchase a 25ml bottle of hair oil for £11! But I'm glad that I did. My hair type is corse - curly 3B/C Hair. I tested one side of my hair with moroccanoil and the other with a Chi silk oil before heat styling. The difference was Immediately noticeable both in appearance and the way it made my hair feel. Chi silk didn't do too badly but when it came to nourishemt.. against moroccanoil it could not compete. Morrocanoil softened my ends, reduced the splits, tamed the frizz, added natural moisture and shine. Placing a small amount of oil on my ends and midsection each day, This tiny bottle of Morrocanoil lasted me just under a month. It truly is the champion of hair oils. So why 4 stars instead of 5? The price!!! I reccomend this oil to anyone who can afford to keep buying it. This bottle lasted me a good amount of time because I was so careful with how much I used... there are days, (depending on the style i choose) where my hair needs more. Buying the larger £40 bottle would likely make me continue to use it sparingly because of how expensive it is. Sometimes, a girl just needs to slap oil on her head and go.. without worrying about cost. This oil is really good- If you can afford it go for it, if not you'll definitely find something else at a much more reasonable price. It's not a life changing product - just a really decent hair oil.

It smells like a luxury vacation , the scent is addictive and makes my hair so much softer and easier to blow dry. A little goes a long way, so even the small bottle lasts forever. If your ends feel like straw, just buy it , your hair will thank you!

I've tried numerous products over the years and can honestly say that this is the stand alone best! I have thick, slightly course hair, and lots of it. It's prone to frizz, especially in wet weather. This oil neither weighs my hair down ( a very common problem with those of us blessed/cursed with thick hair) or leaves any residue. I don't even have to rinse my hands after using it, it's that light. It leaves my hair soft, shiny and silky. I honestly feel like I've got someone else's hair. I'm two months into using the oil and I'm not even halfway down the bottle. Don't be put off by the price, a little goes a very long way. You won't be disappointed.
