Product has a nice taste. Much better that some others. Recommend.

Product is as described. Not sure about results yet, as I have just received it. Flavor is much better than the last product I tried.

Hard to tell if it works, I certainly didn't experience any big or miraculous results. My skin is more or less as always. I bought it because of the clear origin of the collagen used. I dislike the taste so I'll be buying capsules in the future. It's ok if mixed with a strawberry smoothie as it has a very strong artificial strawberry flavour.

This is quite costly and only a months worth of use if you are moderate in your supplementation and only take 5g a day as suggested, and considering that Collagen takes far longer than a month to notice real results, you will likely need to invest in a few more tubs. I already take Collagen so I switched over to this tub once I had completed supplementing with another brand, I experienced no downsides and my skin and nails remain healthy and smooth, I have not noticed a major benefit from this Collagen over other brands but it maintains the results I have already achieved so it's quite effective. The strawberry and rhubarb flavour is not to my liking so I simply place a scoop in my mouth and swallow with water. A scoop is not included so you will have to use your own or a teaspoon which I find is often close to 5G.

As a regular user of collagen supplements I've found I prefer it in powder form. It's the easiest and most versatile way of consuming it, and powder tends to be better value for money. It's easy to vary your intake too, and on the days my food is collagen rich I reduce the amount of supplement. I find this one to be very good. Most attractive is the source - wild caught cod from the clear waters off Norway. Wild fish is always healthier and more nutritious than hormone and chemical fed farmed fish, and I am what I eat after all - literally in this case, as the collagen will be building my bones! Usually I use an unflavoured powder, so this is a departure for me. This stuff is overly sweet for my personal liking, but I can't detect any fish taste, just the promised strawberry and rhubarb. The flavouring stops me adding this product to most food apart from smoothies, but on the other hand, mixing it with water is easier if I'm not preparing soup or a stew that day. So this has it's place and is a useful addition for me. Collagen is vital in our bodies, and I decided I need more of it after breaking my achilles tendon. It was a painful and very disruptive experience, and it was a wake-up call to me. Collagen is a major component of connective tissue, which is constantly rebuilding itself in our bodies. It's used in tendons, ligaments, skin and muscles, and it helps strengthen bones and keep skin supple and healthy. As we get older our bodies natural collagen production decreases, and our skin and bones become thinner, so a supplement like this is very sensible in my opinion. One tub weighing 150g provides a month supply of 5g portions. I suggest you build up your collagen intake slowly as it can cause stomach upset if you suddenly take a big dose when you aren't used to it.
