Although these are fab, they were bought to share between two people for their plaits…. There seemed to be an awful lot of lime green, rather than 4 of each colour as shown in the image.

I've been using this style of hairband for a couple of years now, I have waist length hair that whilst densely rooted is quite fine and fragile so I prefer something a little gentler to the hair shaft. I've also started using these on my young daughters for the same reason.These are amazingly good value compared to the branded ones I'd previously been using and I must say I think they last a little longer even in my thick hair. I usually keep my hair plaited or braided so it's nice to have such a range of colours to match my outfit, and my 4 year old is the same, she loves picking her colour for the day.100 is a generous amount and they last longer because you don't wear the same one or two over and over, we are sharing between me and my young daughters plus my mum and I wouldn't hesitate to buy more when we need them (or to squirrel away) as these are really good value.They are also great for building strength in little children's hands, stretching around toys etc so do double duty!

These are much better value than buying packets of 5 from high street stores. However, I noticed that they do get a lot looser after wearing them a few times - it will depend on how thick your hair is though. There also aren't equal numbers of each colour in the packet. Would definitely recommend purchasing though as there aren't better value options available from what I've seen.

Quality it good but you don't get what you see or think. It's a random selection of colours. Very misleading!

These are a touch smaller than the ones I've purchased in store, but not much, and they are plenty big enough for my fine hair. They are stretchy, they stay in place and there's a good range of colours just as shown. Only down side is I didn't get 4 of each like in the picture. I got 10 dark green and 1 lilac, and everything else was somewhere in between. Mostly 3 - 6 of each colour.

These hair ties are great value for money. They are gentle on your hair and last a long time before they lose their shape. I've had the packet for two years and I'm only half way through it! The only thing is that the image makes out there is an equal amount of each colour and I've found there is one black, one brown and then the rest are fluorescent colours.

Lovely range of colours, and more importantly they don't wrench your hair out like the elastic band type ties. They'll last a long time and can be washed.
