Have bought this a few times. Taste is good compare other black seed oils.

I could taste the great quality with the first spoonful. It was velvety and delicious and just when I had a little worry about it being too smooth the essential after burn came which is the true test of undiluted , cold pressed black seed oil. It's expensive and I can get a lot ,lot more for a lot less but, wow, the quality is amazing and that can only be good for the body. I'm 67, never have a day off work and I am amazed at my sickly co workers half and one third my age always going off sick, scoffing at the nutrients I take.

Just received this product. It is smooth and spicy tasting, not unpleasant. Many people suggest taking it with honey or on food, but I found it palatable as it is. I'm taking it for the health benefits that it should bring so I need time to assess this. There are only two gripes, not strictly related to the product itself, but more about the marketing. First off is that the seller makes a big thing of saying that the price includes a donation to charities. I don't like being forced to pay more just so that the seller can show how big hearted he is!!! I like to decide when, if and to whom I want to donate, not all charities are good and many have become part of the political agenda. The second gripe is that today, the day I received the product, I discovered that the price has gone up by £3!! More for the charities I suppose or else it's a googlebot upping the price just for me. I have searched and found another supplier. I had to pay a fairly hefty postage fee too, that and the price hike means I probably won't buy this again.

Taste this oil and you will immediately know it has all the good stuff inside of it. Cold press! You cant get any better, I actually really love the after taste it leaves in my mouth. Black seed oil is highly nutritious, containing a huge amount of amino acid that are essential for our body.I have only used this a few times; however I can just about tell so far that if I keep up with it the results will be superb in terms of my overall health.

Viridian is the gold standard brand for high quality products and this is no exception. Superior quality to other brands I’ve tried. Excellent for over health and many other topic skin uses. 1 teaspoon a day keeps most things away. Excellent.

I have just finished a bottle that is a quarter of the price paid for this but this tastes a lot milder than the cheaper version, is a paler colour and clears from your palate a lot quicker. I have also used it on my skin and it softened my feet and calmed my eczema. Said to have many benefits such as weight loss, which I think comes from making you more regular, so start with just 1/2 a teaspoon and making you feel fuller for longer.
