Perfect for babies
Bought for a playmat for my baby as he's rolling and crawling around, they are nice and spongy soft for any bumps, slips and falls and they easily wipe clean good value for money

Perfect for blocking yarn projects!
Got these as an inexpensive set of boards to block my crochet on. Absolutely hit the mark! Conversely, they're a bit rough, so I'd probably pick something different for a kid to play with.They're great 'cos:a) Cost £10 for 18, which is about 1/4 the price of actual crochet blocking sets this size.b) Crucially, don't leak colour! Tested them with loo paper (hence my weird photos), and no dye came through after 24 on any of the colours. Bingo.

Choose larger if putting together regularly
We purchased these as a take apart/put together for when the grandchildren came to play. In hindsight wished I’d brought bigger ones/less of them. Product itself ok especially if you are keeping fitted together. We have found due to the small fitting together joints they came apart easily when being played on by toddlers.

Really liked these.
I really liked these. Nice and colourful and covers quite a bit of space. Good quality but unfortunately I have a cat who has shredded them all which is ashame

Ideal for playing and safety for baby
Easy to place together and wipe clean. Can be bent and folded over and lose shape with a bit of force from 8 month old.

They do the job... but colours not as advertised and strong chemical smell on opening
Ordered these to use as blocking mats for knitted clothing. I haven't actually used them for blocking yet, so can't comment on whether the colours bleed or not, but overall seem like they will do the trick! My only qualm is that the colours they come in are quite different than those in the picture: in the picture there are 9 colours but the squares I received only came in red, blue, yellow, green, purple and orange. It's not a huge deal for my purposes, but I just think the true colours should be advertised as such. Also a strong chemical smell on opening the package, but seems to have dissipated somewhat after a few days of airing out.
